The HR Checkup launched on Monday, and so far more than 50 people have completed the self-diagnostic to get a better picture of their overall HR Health. In addition to supporting the HR CheckUp, I’m working on pulling together content, information and resources for the first of our E-Clinics (webinars) that are focused on building HR capacity in nonprofits.
Our first E-Clinic will focus on recruitment and selection. I’m looking for a real life scenario or example to highlight during the session. If you would like to leave a comment about your organization and a position you are currently hiring for, I will select one of the positions and follow up with you directly. I will use your position as the basis for our examples in the E-Clinic. In turn you’ll get some first hand help building your recruitment strategy. I’m looking forward to hearing from you!

Bilan RH a été lancé lundi et déjà 50 organisations ont effectué leur autodiagnostic pour mieux connaître leur santé RH. En plus de soutenir Bilan RH, je prépare le contenu, l’information et les ressources du premier de nos webinaires consacrés au renforcement des capacités RH des organisations communautaires.
Notre premier webinaire portera sur le recrutement et la sélection. Je cherche un exemple ou un scénario tiré de la vie réelle pour le présenter durant ce webinaire. Si vous désirez laisser un commentaire au sujet de votre organisation et d’un poste que vous avez actuellement à pourvoir, je choisirai un des postes qu’on me communiquera et ferai un suivi auprès de la personne qui doit pourvoir ce poste. Je me servirai de ce poste comme base pour les exemples donnés dans le webinaire, et en retour cette personne recevra une aide directe pour bâtir sa stratégie de recrutement.
